I’m Simone Pala, a saxophonist, saxophone teacher and choir conductor based in Sardinia. Chef du Sax brings together my musical experience, my love of beautiful melodies and my attention to the atmosphere of each occasion.

My musical roots include jazz and the American swing tradition, while my repertoire reaches across Italian and international music, from enduring classics to contemporary favourites. I choose each piece for its melody, character and place within the evening.

I continually develop both the artistic and technical sides of my work. From phrasing and song selection to sound, lighting and presentation, my aim is to create an experience that feels considered, welcoming and memorable.
